We are committed to processing and shipping your jewelry findings quickly and carefully.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Flat Rate Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Tracking is included with every order

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Priority Mail Shipping: 2-4 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because we sell jewelry findings and jewelry-making components, we understand the importance of quality and accuracy.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or engraved items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Opened bulk lots
  • Cut chain sold by the foot

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
