Exchanges Only We do not offer refunds. All eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@blanksandcharms.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items Personalized and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions.
Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Condition of Items Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
